Our Vision 2023

Following on from the highly successful, Vision 2015, which laid the foundations for the school’s journey towards our ‘outstanding’ Ofsted and awarding of Teaching School status and our subsequent Vision 2020, we have now developed Vision 2023, which provides us with renewed impetus and a clear direction for the future.

Our vision is described across four key ‘pillars’ in the form of short, but highly important statements. They were devised by representatives from all our stakeholders and are outlined below. Each statement will be accompanied by a set of goals and plans designed to set a path of continuous improvement.

Vision Pillars 2023

Provision

We provide an ever-evolving and inspiring curriculum, which prepares children for life and to be able to make a difference. All children are immersed in an inclusive, rich and purposeful learning environment.

Standards and Achievement

We value and celebrate all children for who they are, as well as what they can achieve, encouraging and enabling each child to be the best that they can be.

Wellbeing

We show respect, care and consideration for all. We value and appreciate our diverse school community, where everyone feels confident, safe and heard.

Partnership & Community

We work together to build and nurture strong partnerships, making positive contributions towards our school community, local area and in the wider world.
